1963	March	Established NAKANO QUANTITY SURVEYORS CO., LTD. with capital of 500,000JPY in Suginami-ku
1967	June	Japan Association of Quantity Surveyors was found and joined as an official member
1968	Nov	Capital was increased to 2,000,000JPY
1968	Dec	Moved to Nagamitsu building (Asagaya Minami, Suginami-ku) due to business expansion
1971	Jan	Start frame quantity computerization for Reinforced Concrete Construction and steel-framed reinforced concrete construction
1971	April	Capital was increased to 4,000,000JPY
1972	Nov	Start of operations for frame quantity computerization by calculation center
1974	June	Capital was increased to 8,000,000JPY
1974	Aug	Moved to Ogikubo (Amanuma, Suginami-ku) building due to business expansion
1975	June	The Building Surveyor’s Institute of Japan (BSIJ) was found (Japan Association of Quantity Surveyors was dissolved and absorbed into a new organization), and became an office member
1978	July	Opened Nagoya Branch
1978	Nov	Capital was increased to 16,000,000JPY
1979	July	Opened Sendai Branch
1982	Jan	Capital was increased to 20,000,000JPY
1982	Sep	Changed the company name to NAKANO QUANTITY SURVEYORS CO., LTD.
1982	Oct	Opened Osaka Branch
1986	Dec	Capital was increased to 40,000,000JPY
1991	April	Opened Sapporo Branch
1992	Sep	Opened Niigata Branch
1998	May	Moved to the present address as the headquarter building is completed
1999	Dec	Capital was increased to 50,000,000JPY
2008	Nov	Yoshikazu Nakano was inaugurated as the chairman, CEO
		And Eiki Nakano was inaugurated as the President, CEO.
